Sampoorna
Their endeavor is to help women they support gain financial independence. In order to achieve their mission, Sampoorna provides skills training for women from the economically backward segments of the Baruipur division in making quality jute bags and creating art & crafts.
To date, around 50 women have been trained by a specialized trainer who is certified by Calcutta University’s Jute Technology Department. Sampoorna is indigenously run by women with the support of the Loksakha Welfare Society.
Mitti Ke Rang
Mitti Ke Rang aims to help support the livelihood of women entrepreneurs from across India. They help women artisans from rural areas, SHG groups with tech, and market their products across the Globe.
They are so many small businesses run by women entrepreneurs who need support. This is where Mitti Ke Rang comes in.
Anubhuti
The project Kruti provides employment opportunities for women. Women in rural communities have few opportunities to make a living. In addition to household responsibilities, they are saddled with the care of the farms. As a first step towards the financial empowerment of women, Kruti offers training programs in the tailoring of apparel, accessories, and home furnishings.
Araatrika
Araatrika is driven by their mission to create sustainable and eco-friendly stationery for everyone. They believe that, if the people are sensitized in simple ways, by creating small shifts in their routine, they would be able to lead and create sustainable lifestyles- which is the need of the hour today!
